    Somatic Experiencing®

Somatic Experiencing® (SE), developed by Dr. Peter Levine, is a body-based therapy that helps individuals resolve trauma by reconnecting with physical sensations. It recognizes that trauma is both psychological and physical, often stored in the body, and uses mindful awareness, movement, and subtle shifts to release stress and trauma responses. SE promotes healing, resilience, and emotional regulation, supporting long-term well-being.

    Brainspotting

Brainspotting, developed by Dr. David Grand, is a therapeutic approach that uses specific eye positions, or "brainspots," to target areas in the brain where trauma and unresolved emotions are stored. By focusing the gaze on these spots while promoting relaxation, it helps individuals process emotional blockages and release traumatic memories. This method harnesses the brain's natural ability to heal, leading to lasting emotional balance and healing.

    EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro, helps individuals heal from trauma by using guided eye movements to stimulate the brain’s natural processing. This allows clients to reprocess traumatic memories, reduce emotional charges, and adopt healthier perspectives. EMDR is especially effective for PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related conditions.
